Cloud Accountant Staffing is hiring a Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for our executives and clients. In this full-time role, you’ll ensure smooth operations by managing calendars, organizing information, and handling key communications.
What You'll Do
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling to optimize executive productivity.
- Handle data entry, document management, and file organization.
- Assist with client communications, including responding to inquiries and following up on tasks.
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing correspondence and managing online records.
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks (if applicable).
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years in an administrative, virtual assistant, or similar support role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
