Drop Zero Digital is looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will focus on LinkedIn client outreach and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and helping us connect with potential clients.
What You'll Do
- Engage with potential clients on LinkedIn through comments, thoughtful connection requests, and light outreach conversations.
- Manage and organize the LinkedIn inbox, flagging important replies and tracking ongoing conversations.
- Track outreach activity and follow-ups using our internal tools.
- Support other administrative tasks, including organizing information, updating documents, and helping the team prioritize.
- Stay aligned with workflows and take ownership of small but meaningful tasks that keep everything running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and basic project tracking tools like Notion or Trello.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several small tasks without letting anything fall behind.
- Able to work independently and proactively.
- Available for at least 2-3 hours of overlap with the CET timezone.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in or with a marketing or creative agency.
- Familiarity with basic outreach or lead generation workflows.
- Experience writing or adapting client-facing content like comments, introductions, and follow-ups.
- Understanding of eCommerce or digital marketing.
- Experience working with fully remote teams and thriving in async environments.
