Assist World is seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant - Cold Caller to join our team. You will be a key player in our outreach operations, focusing on initiating contact and generating leads through professional communication.
What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume cold calling campaigns to prospective clients.
- Clearly articulate company value propositions and service offerings.
- Qualify leads and accurately log all interactions in designated systems.
- Follow established call scripts while adapting conversations naturally.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a cold calling, telemarketing, or sales development role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone manner.
- Strong resilience and ability to handle rejection constructively.
- Self-motivated with the discipline to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be physically located in either the Philippines or South Africa to be eligible for this role.
