Assist World is looking for a Virtual Assistant - Client Communications to join our team. This role is central to managing and nurturing client relationships for a custom jewelry business, ensuring a smooth and personal experience throughout the creative process.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day client communications via email and other designated channels.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the jewelry design team, ensuring clear information flow.
- Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-ups for the design process.
- Provide a high-touch, personalized service experience for clients.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and project details.

- Proven experience in a client-facing, customer service, or administrative support role.

Work Mode
