Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative support across multiple departments. You will manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth coordination and operational support.
What You'll Do
- Provide general administrative support to teams, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.
- Handle routine inquiries and manage emails, calendar appointments, and communication.
- Assist in the coordination of virtual meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking meeting notes.
- Help with research, task tracking, and follow-up actions as required.
- Assist in ensuring smooth coordination between virtual teams and departments.
- Support the operations manager in executing departmental tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working remotely in a virtual assistant role.
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
