Hunt St is seeking a remote Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and marketing support for an Australian hair and beauty franchise network. This is a contractor role based in the Philippines.
What You'll Do
- Conduct daily triage and proactive scheduling for inbox and calendar management.
- Perform accurate data entry of stock receipts, supplier invoices, and sales data into NetSuite.
- Manage logical filing of documents in Google Drive.
- Maintain and circulate weekly KPI and sales reporting dashboards in Google Sheets.
- Collate timesheets and draft a payroll summary each Tuesday.
- Schedule social media posts and perform light Canva edits for promotional content.
- Conduct ad-hoc research projects such as price checks, supplier sourcing, and competitor analysis.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of remote EA/VA or operations experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Confident user of Zoom and WhatsApp for daily collaboration.
- Advanced skills in Google Workspace or MS 365, particularly spreadsheets.
- Exceptional attention to detail – applicants must include “I make time appear” in their cover email.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with inventory/retail systems like NetSuite, DEAR, or Cin7.
- Canva design skills.
- A basic understanding of Australian payroll.
- Multi-site retail exposure.

Benefits & Compensation
- Monthly compensation ranging from $1,200 to $1,500 AUD.
