Hunt St is seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our growing Brisbane-based team. You'll provide a mix of administrative, client management, bookkeeping, and project support, while learning and growing with an organization dedicated to housing, disability services, and community development initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with clients and tenants promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist with lease agreements, tenant/participant communications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage email inboxes, prepare documents, schedule appointments, and coordinate team calendars.
- Handle basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
- Assist in managing projects in housing, disability services (NDIS/SDA), and social enterprise by tracking progress and coordinating tasks.
- Support operational processes, maintain filing systems, and ensure compliance requirements are met.
