About the Role

Valatam is seeking a Bilingual Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive remote administrative support to our US-based clients. In this work-from-home role, you will ensure smooth daily operations through expert calendar management, clear communication, and meticulous organization.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
  • Handle email correspondence and manage the flow of information.
  • Maintain and update client databases and files.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
  • Conduct research and compile information to assist with various projects and tasks.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking.
  • Provide general administrative support, including organizing travel arrangements and processing expenses.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2 proficiency).
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably remote.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.
  • Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
  • A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.
  • Access to a backup place of work in case of a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, etc.).
  • Must reside in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, or Nicaragua.
  • Must be available to work from the listed countries without travel commitments for the first four months of employment.
  • Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
