About the Role
As the IT Security Manager at Laminar, you will manage IT security systems, identify and close cybersecurity risks, and ensure smooth IT operations. Your primary focus is maturing security systems, adhering to standards like ISO 27001 and SOC2, and overseeing IT policies, software, hardware, infrastructure, and user support SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic IT projects to proactively identify and close security system risks while maintaining ISO 27001 compliance and audit readiness.
- Manage overall IT operations, including oversight of software, hardware, and infrastructure.
- Develop and enforce robust IT policies, procedures, and controls.
- Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to align IT efforts with organizational goals and ensure effective support for core applications.
- Provide functional leadership in IT security, risk management, and compliance, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability, and optimizing tools for efficient tech support.
