Javelot is seeking a V.I.E Technical Coordinator DK/SR for a 12 to 24-month mission based in Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the deployment of Javelot's Store&Save solutions across the Scandinavian Region, ensuring projects are delivered successfully within operational constraints.
What You'll Do
- Guarantee the delivery of functional sites, meeting cost, deadline, quality, and safety requirements.
- Conduct site audits to select the best technical solution for each situation.
- Find, manage, and create partnerships with subcontractors for installations.
- Define KPIs to monitor customer deployment actions and report operational issues to the roll-out manager.
- Oversee maintenance operations and collaborate with R&D to adapt solutions for the regional market.
- Manage budgets to optimize installation costs and meet financial targets.
- Select, negotiate, and validate service providers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality work.
- Propose and secure approval for installation schedules from Javelot, subcontractors, and customers.
- Define key milestones to ensure on-time deployments before harvest seasons.
- Monitor progress and provide regular schedule updates.
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with installation constraints and quality standards.
- Verify facilities are fully operational before harvest and conduct quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards.
- Contribute to business development by supporting the sales team with prospective customer tests.
What We're Looking For
- Aged 18 to 28 years old at the date of application.
- Hold French nationality or be a citizen of a European Economic Area (EEA) country.
- Have lived in France for at least 12 consecutive months in the last 36 months before applying.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Mobility and availability for frequent travel throughout the Scandinavian Region.
- Holder of a valid driving licence.
- A Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Danish is a strong plus.
Team & Environment
You will join a team of more than 90 employees and report directly to the roll-out manager.
