Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Slovak-speaking Tech Support professional to join a Big Tech company in Greece. You will provide expert assistance to customers, resolving technical issues and helping them succeed. This role includes a fully paid relocation package to Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality technical support to Slovak-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues effectively, guiding customers to resolutions.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices.
- Document all customer interactions and technical support processes accurately.
- Collaborate with colleagues to manage inquiries and escalate complex issues.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on product developments.
- Contribute to team goals by providing insights and feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capability to work under pressure.
- Strong team-oriented attitude and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
