Translation Empire is hiring an Internal Recruitment Manager to lead our internal talent mobility and hiring strategy. You will manage the complete internal recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates moving into new roles within the company.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end internal recruitment processes, including job postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs.
- Build talent pipelines and support workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and enhance the internal candidate experience.
- Train hired candidates according to their specific job roles.
- Train hired candidates on the Company Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics.
- Track and report on the success and effectiveness of internal recruitment.
- Ensure smooth transitions for internal hires into new roles.
What We're Looking For
- This role is on-site at our offices in Bahria Town, DHA 1, Sector F, Rawalpindi. This is not a remote job.
- A relevant degree in HR, Psychology, or an MBA.
