Cross Border Talents is looking for a Customer Service with German to manage phone-based inquiries for our German-speaking customer base. In this remote role, you'll be responsible for providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Handle incoming phone calls from customers
- Answer questions and resolve concerns regarding orders, including returns, complaints, late shipments, and damaged goods
- Manage inquiries related to customer accounts and invoices
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in German
- Pleasant demeanor, good communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to use a computer, eagerness to learn, and ability to quickly adapt to a new environment
- Ability to work in shifts between Monday and Sunday from 09:00 to 22:00, including public holidays and weekends (weekly working fund is 38.75 hours)
