About the Role

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Customer Service with German to manage phone-based inquiries for our German-speaking customer base. In this remote role, you'll be responsible for providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Handle incoming phone calls from customers
  • Answer questions and resolve concerns regarding orders, including returns, complaints, late shipments, and damaged goods
  • Manage inquiries related to customer accounts and invoices

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills in German
  • Pleasant demeanor, good communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to use a computer, eagerness to learn, and ability to quickly adapt to a new environment
  • Ability to work in shifts between Monday and Sunday from 09:00 to 22:00, including public holidays and weekends (weekly working fund is 38.75 hours)

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position.
