As a Supply & ADV Analyst, you'll play a key role in optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations by designing automation solutions and improving process reliability. You'll use Python to build scripts that eliminate repetitive manual tasks, such as data extraction, transformation, and system synchronization, increasing both speed and accuracy across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy Python-based automation tools to streamline data flows between platforms and reduce manual intervention
- Build and maintain control systems to verify data integrity, such as matching invoiced prices in the ERP with sales agreements
- Enhance B2B order processing by implementing smart automation using Firebase and custom scripting solutions
- Analyze logistics expenses in the US market, including shipping, warehousing, returns, and rework, to uncover savings opportunities
- Propose and support implementation of process improvements that boost efficiency and reduce costs
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Service teams to align on shared metrics and improve cross-departmental coordination
- Partner with the US supply chain lead to define, track, and follow up on automation initiatives with internal tech teams
- Help refine the customer return workflow to improve post-purchase experience and operational handling
