What We’re Looking For
You have at least two years of full-time sales experience in a results-driven environment, with a proven ability to close deals and meet revenue goals. You're comfortable managing complex sales cycles, navigating multiple touchpoints, and building trust quickly. Experience with CRM platforms and pipeline management is essential, as is strong written and verbal communication.
Familiarity with South Africa’s tech sector is required, and prior exposure to education or e-learning environments is a plus. A genuine interest in technology, online learning, and social impact will help you thrive in this role.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with flexible scheduling. Remote options are available for those not near a physical campus. You’ll work in a fast-paced, adaptive environment where initiative and precision are valued. The ability to manage deadlines, adjust to change, and maintain focus under pressure is critical.

By guiding students into high-quality bootcamps, you help close the global skills gap and create life-changing outcomes. Internal learning opportunities allow you to grow your own tech skills by enrolling part-time in coding programs.
You’ll collaborate with a high-performing team shaping the future of developer education across Africa, Europe, and the US—working alongside experts from leading tech and edtech organizations.
