Airtable is hiring a Video Strategist (Contract) to establish and build our video presence from the ground up. You'll start by creating a high-volume short-form content engine and evolve into developing a comprehensive YouTube strategy.
What You'll Do
- Own short-form video strategy and execution across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, IG Reels, and LinkedIn.
- Ship 5+ videos per week demonstrating Airtable's AI capabilities through social-first, UGC-style content.
- Stay current with platform trends and act quickly on emerging moments.
- Develop a long-form YouTube channel strategy after establishing a short-form rhythm.
- Work with the Education team to adapt existing content for YouTube.
- Source and manage contract editors, building a small team within budget.
- Partner with the Social team on distribution and performance analysis.
- Direct content featuring Product Marketing Managers and Education team members as talent.
- Coordinate content capture for events and product launches.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of producing high-volume short-form video content.
- An obsession with performance—you watch metrics, learn what drives engagement, and iterate quickly.
- Strong instincts for creating content that makes people stop scrolling.
- Experience directing non-professional talent and managing editors or small teams.
- Comfort working at a fast pace and learning from performance data.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with B2B tech, no-code tools, or the builder/creator ecosystem.
Team & Environment
You’ll partner closely with our Social team and direct content featuring talent from Product Marketing and Education.
Work Mode
This is a contract role for candidates located remotely within the United States.
