BJAK is hiring a Video Creator, AI (Artificial Intelligence) to join our creative team on-site at our Malaysia headquarters. In this role, you will bring brand stories to life through visually compelling videos and graphics, leveraging advanced AI tools within a collaborative, flat-structure environment.
What You'll Do
- Use Midjourney to generate stylized, brand-aligned visuals and scenes.
- Use Runway or similar AI tools to create cinematic motion, transitions, and storytelling sequences.
- Prompt, guide, and fine-tune AI outputs based on creative direction and feedback.
- Blend AI visuals with self-designed graphics to produce short-form animations and storytelling clips.
- Ensure visual assets match brand tone, campaign themes, and pacing expectations.
- Collaborate remotely with Malaysia’s content and marketing teams on creative briefs.
- Stay on top of evolving AI design tools, trends, and storytelling styles.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
- Based in Malaysia and able to work on-site at our HQ.
- Strong experience in AI visual tools (Midjourney, Runway, or similar).
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- A portfolio demonstrating AI-generated or AI-enhanced video/visual content, strong prompting skills, integration of self-created visuals with AI results, and cinematic or music-synced video storytelling.
- Detail-oriented and highly creative with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
