We're seeking an exceptional Vice President of Sales, EMEA to spearhead our regional expansion and drive revenue growth. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for building, scaling, and leading our EMEA sales organization, with full accountability for new business acquisition, regional strategy, and revenue targets. This leader will bring deep SaaS sales expertise, enterprise selling mastery, and a proven track record of scaling high-performing teams in emerging markets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy to expand AuditBoard's presence across the EMEA region - Lead, recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise and mid-market segments - Drive sales execution to consistently exceed revenue and growth targets - Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Alliances, Product) to tailor regional offerings and campaigns - Build trusted executive relationships with customers and prospects - Establish operational rigor through precise forecasting, pipeline development, and performance management - Represent AuditBoard as a thought leader in risk and compliance transformation - Provide market insights to inform product strategy and localization needs **Required Qualifications:** - Minimum 10 years B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams in EMEA - Proven success scaling SaaS businesses in new regions, including building teams from scratch - Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets - Strong executive presence with C-level influencing capabilities - Data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and sales optimization - Exceptional global team collaboration and communication skills **Nice to Have** - Additional European language skills - Deep understanding of enterprise risk, audit, compliance, or GRC software markets **Our Company Values** - Customer obsession: Relentless focus on understanding customer needs - Win, together: Drive to excel while supporting team success - Gritty resilience: Thrive in fast-paced environments - Personal improvement: Eager to learn and share insights - Constant innovation: Challenge the status quo **Perks*** - Launch a career with a top SaaS company! - Live Your Best Life (LYBL)! $200/mo for personal enhancement - Remote and hybrid work options - Comprehensive health coverage - 401K/pension with match - Competitive compensation & bonus program - Flexible vacation - Birthday and volunteering time off - Employee resource groups - Team and company social opportunities *perks may vary by location/eligibility Background checks required.
