Responsibilities
- Oversee timely delivery and operational performance across product and shared platform engineering teams
- Collaborate with product executives to align on shared objectives, priorities, and accountability for quality, speed, and customer outcomes
- Mentor and grow engineering leaders, including directors and managers, through coaching, career development frameworks, and rigorous hiring practices
- Improve measurable software delivery speed across the full development lifecycle
- Lead integration efforts for HCM and HRIS systems, including APIs, SFTP/flat file transfers, SCIM provisioning, and SSO using SAML or OIDC, in coordination with external partners
- Implement a structured approach to contractor and vendor engagement, defining scope, quality checkpoints, and knowledge transfer while safeguarding core intellectual property and system design
- Enhance software development lifecycle automation through CI/CD, infrastructure as code, testing strategies, release management, and progressive deployment techniques
- Integrate AI-powered development tools with clear governance, standards, and metrics to track productivity gains
