About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Vice President of Employer Growth to spearhead top-line performance and expand commercial partnerships across large and jumbo employers. This remote role involves leading a high-performing sales team, developing scalable go-to-market strategies, and significantly influencing the company's revenue trajectory.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of regional Account Executives, overseeing the full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets.
  • Build and scale the sales team as needed to meet growing demand, ensuring optimal structure and size.
  • Design and implement sales strategies, operations, and KPIs to sustain growth and performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop tailored value propositions for large employers.
  • Represent the organization in high-stakes commercial negotiations, cultivating relationships with key employer partners.
  • Engage broker and consultant channels to expand reach and secure strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and internal stakeholders to optimize commercial outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, passion, and accountability across the sales organization.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating the value and mission of the platform with clarity and credibility.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of B2B full-cycle sales experience.
  • At least 5 years in a sales leadership role within the healthcare employer market.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Charismatic, people-focused leader with a hands-on approach and strong emotional intelligence.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and executive leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience with brokers and consultants.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support growth and partnership development.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in HR tech, SaaS, or employer-focused healthcare solutions is highly desirable.

Team & Environment

You will lead a team of regional Account Executives and report directly to the Chief Growth Officer.

  • Compensation: $225,000–$270,000 annually + equity participation opportunity.
