EngSoc is looking for a Vice President to lead the executive team of the Queen’s Rocket Engineering Team (QRET). You will define the strategy, set goals, and drive mission success from design through to launch at competitions.
What You'll Do
- Oversee technical design, manufacturing, and system integration.
- Define team goals and establish a clear vision for the upcoming design cycle.
- Lead recruitment and selection of technical and operations team members.
- Monitor design progress, conduct milestone reviews, and ensure measurable advancement across all subteams.
- Manage logistics, budgeting, and strategic resource allocation.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with faculty, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
- Direct competition planning and oversee all required deliverables.
