Scalesource is looking for a Veterinary Office Assistant (Receptionist / Client Service) to serve as the first point of contact for busy veterinary clinics. As a remote team member, you will deliver a warm, organized, and supportive client experience for pet owners.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
- Support pet owners with questions and coordinate appointments
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments while ensuring efficient calendar utilization
- Follow up on missed calls, voicemails, cancellations, and no-shows
- Route messages accurately to the appropriate clinic staff
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Support inbox management, reminders, and daily administrative workflows
- Deliver a calm and supportive tone aligned with veterinary care standards
- Handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, receptionist, or scheduling roles
- Strong phone presence and ability to manage frequent calls
- Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, and digital platforms
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Reliable remote setup with stable internet
- Available to work full-time in U.S. time zones

- Experience in veterinary, medical, or high-volume service environments
- Spanish language skills

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $1,250 – $1,500 USD per month
