Remote Raven is hiring a Healthcare Sourcer to proactively identify and generate leads for healthcare providers. In this role, you will conduct web searches, utilize job boards, and initiate outreach to build a pipeline of qualified candidates, collaborating closely with recruiters to support the organization's hiring objectives.

What You'll Do

Conduct thorough web searches and utilize job boards to identify potential healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads aligned with the organization’s hiring needs.
Initiate cold calls and email outreach to potential candidates, effectively communicating high-level information about opportunities.
Engage candidates to gauge interest and collect essential information such as contact details, specialties, and availability.
Work closely with recruiters to pass along interested and qualified leads for further engagement.
Provide detailed candidate information and insights to assist recruiters in the next steps of the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sourcing activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate regular reports on lead generation metrics, including the number of leads sourced, contacted, and converted.
Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in candidate sourcing and data handling.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field.
Strong research and lead generation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-volume sourcing activities while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in using job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
