INCA – Insurance Core Automation is looking for a Vertriebsleiter International (m/w/d) to provide active and goal-oriented leadership for the international sales field service organization of a traditional chemical manufacturer. You will be responsible for managing teams across multiple countries and driving the development of sales strategy.
What You'll Do
- Provide active and goal-oriented leadership of the sales field service in Germany and country subsidiaries in Italy, France, and Eastern Europe, managing a team of 10 employees.
- Analyze field service activities and derive concrete recommendations for action and strategic approaches.
- Conduct joint visits to key accounts together with the sales field service team.
- Provide technical advice to customers as well as to the internal field service team.
- Participate in the further development of the company's overall sales strategy.
- Intensively coordinate with management using the existing key figure system and discuss optimization approaches.

Team & Environment
You will lead a sales field service organization of 10 employees, with direct responsibility for teams in Germany and country subsidiaries in Italy, France, and Eastern Europe. You will report directly to Management.
