INCA – Insurance Core Automation is looking for a Senior Manager Client Services to drive client success and account growth. You will be the strategic bridge between our key clients and internal project teams, developing impactful strategies and ensuring our solutions deliver value.
What You'll Do
- Manage the success and growth of key accounts while overseeing other client relationships.
- Manage client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and timely responses to requests.
- Take client business and marketing briefs, ensuring strategic alignment and a clear understanding of KPIs and targets.
- Prepare materials for pitches, and present and sell new projects to clients.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met and communication runs smoothly.
- Analyze and present data to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and ensure data accuracy across accounts.
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of professional experience in an accounts department, specifically within the marketing area.
- Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, able to juggle competing demands while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Personable and able to work effectively with a variety of different people.
- Flexible, solution-oriented, and a dedicated team player.
- Persuasive, able to sell ideas, and possess a positive attitude towards receiving feedback.
