HautSinn Natural Cosmetics GmbH is looking for a Freelance Vertrieb Kleinunternehmen to drive growth by acquiring new business clients and nurturing consumer relationships. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding the footprint of our sustainable, Austrian-made natural cosmetics. You'll operate independently, with the freedom to shape your approach and directly impact the brand's success.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new business customers (B2B) in retail, hospitality, cosmetics, and pharmacies.
- Manage and expand B2C customer contacts through events, trade fairs, and online campaigns.
- Support brand building and marketing initiatives, including social media and point-of-sale materials.
- Develop and implement your own creative ideas to increase sales.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing.
- Strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainable products.
- An independent and structured way of working.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the cosmetics, natural products, or lifestyle industry.
- An existing network in retail or the B2C sector.
- Knowledge in the field of natural cosmetics.

You'll be joining HautSinn, a dedicated team of 11-50 employees committed to high-quality, handcrafted natural cosmetics. Our products are plastic-free packaged, cruelty-free, palm oil-free, and carefully manufactured in Austria.
