First American is hiring a remote Vendor Management Coordinator to oversee service delivery and compliance for a variety of external partners. You will ensure vendor performance aligns with our quality standards, industry regulations, and all applicable state and federal laws.
What You'll Do
- Act as a primary contact and resource for vendors, business channels, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage the compliance process and maintain required documentation for all vendors.
- Monitor and ensure vendor adherence to Company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assess vendor performance to maintain industry compliance and applicable legal standards.
- Confirm vendor compliance with all state regulations and provide feedback to management.
- Oversee the standard vendor onboarding process and manage contract life cycles.
- Process vendor applications, contracts, and create/maintain profiles in the Vendor Panel.
- Analyze weekly reporting tools to identify trends and coaching opportunities.
- Counsel vendors who are not performing to Company standards.
- Maintain the enterprise vendor inventory and document repository.
- Maintain vendor management program policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of related title industry experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills demonstrated by effectively partnering with vendors and customers.
- Residential and commercial title experience, including title examination.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to manage customer needs when dealing with vendors.
- Knowledge of title products, state regulations, and guidelines.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions within defined procedures.
- Must be able to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, and Visio.
