Computacenter is looking for a Vendor Business Support Specialist to manage funding claims from manufacturers' marketing and business development programs. Reporting to the VBS Team Leader, you will prioritize your own workload to meet deadlines while supporting company objectives and our Winning Together values.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business leaders to deliver services supporting company objectives.
- Own processes and tools related to Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of manufacturer programs like MDF, BDF, and Co-op.
- Create MDF pre-approvals and claims, managing manufacturer tools until final release of funds.
- Update appropriate partner tools for marketing programs.
- Ensure timely collection of transmitted claims within manufacturer program frameworks.
- Prepare reports relating to various marketing budgets.
- Ensure month-end closure activities are completed.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of Finance Controlling.
- Ability to work under time pressure and with deadlines.
