Lite e-Commerce is hiring a Vendor Administrator to join our team. This role is an ideal entry point for a career in Accounts Payable, Vendor Relations, or Auditing. You will play a key part in maintaining the Master Vendor file and ensuring vendor compliance.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain vendor records, ensuring compliance with policies
- Audit vendor data and recommend process improvements
- Collect and verify certificates of insurance
- Process 1099s at year-end
- Generate vendor reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
What We're Looking For
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 18 years or older
