Varonis is looking for a Security Analyst to directly engage with customers and maximize their value from our products. You will be a key player in customer-facing services, ensuring Varonis is central to their security program.

What You'll Do

• Deliver Threat Detection & Response outcome-oriented initiatives to Varonis customers.
• Consult with customers to integrate Varonis products into their security ecosystem and threat detection workflows.
• Monitor for security threats and operational impact to our Threat Detection and Response mission.
• Participate in Incident Response operations and assist in coordinating activities across regions.
• Identify inhibitors of product value and raise them with leadership and product management.
• Deliver sales presentations, present technical product information, and conduct demonstrations.
• Coordinate with Account Teams, IR Teams, and Architect teams to leverage company resources.
• Continuously develop and expand your security knowledge.
• Document, track, and manage your work via Salesforce.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a Security Analyst or Engineer role.
• Proven ability to document and track activities.
• Demonstrated technical sales or technical sales-related experience.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Proven time management and self-initiative skills.
• Proven success working in a team-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential in a professional setting.

Nice to Have

• 5+ years of experience in a Security Analyst or Engineer role.
• 1+ year of Varonis experience is a bonus.
• Experience in presenting and persuading key stakeholders.
