ARRISE is looking for a Patent Prosecution Associate to join its Vanguard-IP team. In this role, you will focus on patent preparation and prosecution within the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science fields.

What You'll Do

• Prepare patent applications with a focus on electrical and computer engineering innovations.
• Prosecute patents before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
• Analyze complex technical inventions and craft corresponding legal documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and clients throughout the patent lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• An undergraduate or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Prior experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
• Registration to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
• Top academic credentials and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
