Responsibilities
- Ensure every client interaction is meaningful by efficiently resolving requests and concerns, proactively communicating, and finding innovative solutions to problems.
- Inspect each vehicle before parking it safely and document all observations.
- Inform customers about valet pricing.
- Adhere to traffic regulations and safe driving practices.
- Notify management of any accidents, safety risks, unusual incidents, or policy violations.
- Familiarize yourself with major streets, landmarks, and highways in the area to provide a smooth transportation experience for customers.
- Arrive on time for every scheduled shift in a clean uniform, prepared to work.
- Wear the complete uniform throughout the entire shift.
- Support management with additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- A valid state driver's license, current address, and an acceptable driving record.
- Willingness to work special shifts if necessary, including second shift, third shift, and weekends.
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States, with valid documentation provided upon hire.
- Ability to give accurate information to customers and coworkers and handle customer issues or complaints professionally.
- Capability to read, write, add, and subtract U.S. currency, and understand instructions, short emails, and memos.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adjust to changes, delays, and unexpected events during work.
- Physical demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment; occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance; must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Nice to Have
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
