Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user experience design for core product features
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user needs
- Conduct user research to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Translate insights into intuitive interface designs
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Drive design consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Partner with data analysts to interpret user behavior metrics
- Inform product strategy using qualitative and quantitative findings
- Mentor junior designers and grow the design function
- Advocate for user-centered principles in roadmap planning
- Facilitate design sprints and ideation workshops
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results
- Balance business goals with user needs in design solutions
- Define and track UX KPIs aligned with growth objectives
- Ensure accessibility and inclusive design practices
