Flying Bisons, a Strategic Design & Implementation consultancy, is looking for a UX Designer. In this role, you'll create best-in-class design solutions and user experiences for large-scale digital products and transformation projects, serving enterprise and government clients.
What You'll Do
- Create best-in-class design solutions and user experiences.
- Map user flows, define information architecture, and design wireframes and interfaces.
- Ensure designs meet project requirements and standards, and are consistent across the product.
- Involve yourself in research to understand product performance and identify opportunities for enhancements.
- Review and improve current products, with continuous optimisation through analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
- Work in an end-to-end digital process.
- Visualise your ideas and inspire others.
- Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with clients and vendors.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align design objectives and project goals.
- Work on a big project involving multiple international and multidisciplinary teams to translate business requirements into engaging design solutions.
What We're Looking For
- A strong portfolio of commercial projects.
- Full understanding of the best design processes and how to tailor them to user and client needs.
- Understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive and adaptive design.
- Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
- Familiarity with designing for accessibility and inclusive design practices.
- An AI-First Mindset and Design Approach.
- Good command of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to solve problems and figure things out.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Experience working with large design systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience in UX Audits would be a plus.
- Experience with projects in the MENA region is a big plus.
Team & Environment
You'll work within multiple international and multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with researchers, strategists, data analysts, product managers, product owners, and developers.
