The UX Designer will lead user research, develop sitemaps and customer journey maps, and produce wireframes and prototypes using design thinking methodologies. This role works closely with business analysts and project managers to interpret client requirements and deliver digital product experiences centered on user needs.
Responsibilities
- Shape the product vision by researching, conceptualizing, sketching, prototyping, and testing digital experiences
- Use research techniques such as surveys, market analysis, qualitative studies, web conferencing, and interviews to inform product design
- Make strategic design decisions impacting core and new features and functionalities
- Apply design thinking principles to develop wireframes aligned with application design goals
- Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to understand client expectations and project requirements
- Develop and present interaction designs for client review and feedback
- Identify user and client pain points and refine prototypes to address limitations
- Gather ongoing client feedback to finalize interface designs
- Develop and present mock-ups to support product development
- Assist in UI design by refining static prototype designs to meet client specifications
- Adopt a user-centered approach with rapid testing and iterative design improvements
- Build functional prototypes for client evaluation
