Wipro is seeking a UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will conduct user research, interviews, and surveys, translating insights into sitemaps, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes by applying design thinking principles to shape our digital products.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
- Deploy various research methods such as surveys, market analysis, qualitative research, and interviews to inform the product design flow.
- Create strategic design and user-experience decisions for core and new functions and features.
- Apply a design thinking approach to develop wireframes aligned with application design expectations.
- Work closely with business analysts and project managers to understand customer expectations and requirements.
- Create the interaction design of the product/application and review it with customers.
- Identify current limitations faced by clients and users and refine prototypes accordingly.
- Continuously gather customer feedback to finalize designs for the user interface.
- Create and conduct mock-ups to support product development.
- Support user interface design in developing static designs from prototypes to ensure client needs are met.
- Take a user-centered design approach, rapidly testing and iterating on designs.
