What You'll Do
- Develop product concepts, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Work across the entire digital design lifecycle, from early sketches to final deliverables
- Partner with designers, researchers, developers, and strategists to align design with user needs and business goals
- Integrate AI tools purposefully into your workflow to enhance efficiency and creativity
- Refine your craft through regular feedback and structured learning support
Requirements
- Understanding of core UX principles and user-centered design
- Experience creating wireframes and basic user flows using Figma
- Some practical design experience—whether personal, academic, or professional
- A real portfolio showcasing your work, even if modest in size
- Proficiency in Figma and comfort with digital collaboration tools
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 or higher) and Polish
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Curiosity, discipline, and a drive to continuously improve
- Ability to use AI tools thoughtfully, not just automatically
