Cintas is seeking a UX Designer passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly designs that solve real-world problems related to the Billing & Payment experience.
What You'll Do
- Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate requirements into design solutions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company’s design system.
- Stay up to date on UX trends and best practices, incorporating them into your work.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio of user-centered designs.
Nice to Have
- PMP Certified.

- Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
