Work with a multidisciplinary UX team to turn complex user tasks into simple, intuitive experiences used by billions. Partner closely with Engineering and Product Management to build scalable, user-driven product experiences rooted in research and design standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across teams and functions to support multifaceted projects within games experiences.
- Maintain high design quality using user-centered methods and tools, ensuring consistency with design systems and patterns across the games product ecosystem.
- Manage multiple work streams with varying timelines and priorities while aligning stakeholder expectations.
- Foster an inclusive team culture where individuals feel supported and able to be their authentic selves.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external peers and leaders to ensure cohesive, well-informed user experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 6 years of experience in conversation design within product or UX design roles.
- Submission of a portfolio, personal website, or other relevant work sample link with resume, including access instructions if needed.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience operating in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 2 years of experience leading design initiatives or projects.
- Background in designing consumer-facing products at scale, particularly in the games industry or for gaming platforms.
