requisimus AG & SST GmbH seeks a User Support Engineer (m/w/x) to provide expert 1st-level support for our users of the Vector PREEvision architecture and review tool. You’ll be the primary point of contact for daily operational support, focusing on user guidance for review & vote processes and tool workflows, not development.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1st-Level-Support for users in the PREEvision environment.
- Support review and approval processes (Review & Vote).
- Receive, analyze, and process support requests (tickets).
- Support users in operating PREEvision.
- Support users with review status, workflows, and approvals.
- Support users with reports, evaluations, and exports.
- Perform plausibility checks of models and results from a user perspective.
- Document frequent questions (FAQs, quick guides).
- Collaborate closely with methodology and engineering roles.
- Escalate technically complex topics to experts.
What We're Looking For
- Completed training or degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering, or comparable).
- First practical experience in technical support, engineering support, or tool support.
- Basic understanding of PREEvision at the application level.
- Understanding of structured processes and workflows.
- Service-oriented, structured way of working.
- Very good German language skills and good English skills.
