Growing Imaginations GmbH is looking for an Assistant Finance & B2B Operations to join our team in a part-time role (15-20 hours/week). You'll be at the core of our financial and partner operations, managing invoices, payments, and providing excellent service to our B2B retailer network, all while working fully remote.
What You'll Do
- Process incoming invoices and payment information, checking, booking, and maintaining them in our systems
- Reconcile incoming payments, maintain payment statuses, and clarify discrepancies
- Send payment reminders and dunning notices
- Escalate open receivables, including coordination with collection and payment service providers
- Support travel expense management
- Assist with regular accounting procedures, such as quarterly settlements
- Maintain and organize finance-relevant data and documents
- Create and manage orders in the B2B environment
- Handle invoice dispatch and provide operational support for our retailers
- Process inquiries regarding order and invoice status, cancellations, and corrections
- Support product-specific questions from partners
- Act as the point of contact for existing and new retailers
- Onboard new B2B partners
- Manage and further develop the B2B shop
- Maintain and update product catalogs
- Create and distribute newsletters
What We're Looking For
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
- Confident handling of digital tools
- Structured, meticulous, and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills when dealing with internal teams and external partners
- High sense of responsibility and understanding of processes
- Enjoyment in shaping and optimizing topics for the long term
Nice to Have
- Ideally, experience with DATEV, Billbee, and Shopify
