Deep Blue Recruitment is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial & Product (m/f/d) to join a high-growth SaaS business at the forefront of applied AI. This in-house role is pivotal in shaping commercial strategy, supporting international expansion, and providing day-to-day legal guidance.
What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted legal partner to commercial and leadership teams across the region.
- Advise on a wide range of commercial matters, from customer and partner agreements to strategic initiatives.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex SaaS, licensing, and enterprise contracts.
- Support go-to-market activity by enabling deals to move quickly while managing legal and regulatory risk.
- Build and refine scalable legal frameworks, templates, and playbooks for a growing organization.
What We're Looking For
- German-qualified lawyer.
- 5+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm.
- In-house experience within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Experience negotiating commercial SaaS contracts in the DACH region.
- Experience advising on privacy and data protection matters, including GDPR.
- Ability to switch between high-level strategic advice and detailed, hands-on execution.
- Experience working across jurisdictions and with international teams.
