NUNAMI is hiring a proactive and growth-oriented Account Manager (f/m/d) to help build the next generation of our product. You'll work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer, focusing almost entirely on account management – identifying and converting qualified shops through our partner network.
What You'll Do
- Acquire new e-commerce clients through direct outreach (10%), targeted campaigns on affiliate platforms (60%), and qualifying/converting leads (30%).
- Take full ownership of guiding new clients from initial awareness to successful onboarding and long-term value creation.
- Pre-qualify leads (inbound & outbound).
- Manage outreach and inbound leads to build early trust.
- Lead discovery and demo calls that align client needs with our solution.
- Set clear expectations to foster trust and commitment.
- Enable clients throughout evaluation and decision-making.
- Handle objections with empathy and outcome-focus.
- Drive conversion and ensure a smooth handover to implementation.
- Support and grow our partner network.
- Contribute to joint go-to-market activities and referral flows.
- Maintain strong partner relationships to drive shared success.
What We're Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in sales/account management in the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Fluent in German & English.
- Proactive, with strong ownership and a growth mindset.
- Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback.
Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce tech, affiliate platforms/agencies, D2C or e-com brands.
