SAP Software Solutions is looking for a User Experience Design Intern to join the SAP Internship Experience Program (iXp). This paid, 6-month internship on the SAP Signavio team in Berlin focuses on creating a unified user experience across the Signavio Suite, conducting user research, and enabling data-driven decisions.
What You'll Do
- Support UX research activities like desk research, study preparation, documentation of findings, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Participate in UX design activities by creating low-fidelity wireframes, simple prototypes, and visual concepts to communicate design ideas.
- Support the synthesis of findings and their translation into clear recommendations for product teams.
- Assist in preparing and organizing workshops, presentations, templates, reports, and internal communication.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of research repositories and insight libraries.
- Support the review of user experience and compliance with guidelines for analytical dashboards.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) in Design, Psychology, Sociology, HCI, Media, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge in UX Research, UX Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or Service Design.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, or prototypes to communicate concepts (e.g., in Figma, Mural, or similar tools).
- Familiarity with research methods like interviews, usability tests, questionnaire design, or synthesis of insights.
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly present findings or design decisions for different stakeholders.
- Organized, proactive way of working and willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Fluent in English.

- Working from the Berlin office is required (2-3 days per week).
Nice to Have
- German language skills are an advantage.
- Interest in process improvement and analytics is a plus.
