Amperity is hiring a UX Designer to set the standard for user experience in the Customer Data Platform category. You will act as a force multiplier for our team, designing world-class features while shaping our platform's strategic direction and mentoring other designers.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the design lead for major product pillars, partnering with Product Management and Engineering leadership.
- Take a leadership role in evolving our design system (standards, patterns, and UI components).
- Develop and socialize a deep understanding of our technical users (data analysts, data engineers) and marketing users (marketing ops).
- Actively coach and provide high-level feedback to other designers.
- Directly influence UI implementation by contributing to our front-end component library (HTML/CSS).
- Lead design sprints, workshops, and critique sessions that align cross-functional stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience designing complex web-based applications from concept to launch.
- Proven experience navigating the complexities of enterprise-level product design.
- Experience developing AI and AI Native applications, including rapid prototyping and iteration.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and/or component libraries.
- Background in designing & producing SaaS products with an emphasis on data-visualization tools or web-based marketing tools.
