Responsibilities
- Lead design for major product areas in partnership with product and engineering leadership, balancing strategic vision with tactical delivery.
- Advance the design system by improving standards, patterns, and UI components, leveraging AI and rapid prototyping for platform-wide scalability.
- Research and translate the needs of technical and marketing users into intuitive, elegant experiences that simplify complex data workflows.
- Coach and provide strategic feedback to other designers to elevate design quality and consistency across projects.
- Collaborate on the front-end component library using HTML/CSS to ensure accurate translation of design into the final product.
- Run design sprints, workshops, and critique sessions to align stakeholders on user-focused solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years designing complex web applications from concept through launch.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise product design, particularly around data-intensive workflows and multi-user environments.
- Hands-on experience building AI or AI-native applications, including rapid prototyping and customer-driven iteration.
- Advocate for users by using data and research to shape product direction and business objectives.
- Clearly communicate the reasoning behind design decisions to executives, engineering leads, and customers.
- Excel in ambiguous early-stage projects by creating clarity and defining a clear path forward.
- Proficient in Figma with working knowledge of HTML/CSS and component libraries, treating code as an integral part of the design process.
- Background in designing SaaS products, especially those involving data visualization or web-based marketing tools.

Compensation
Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $200,000, adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and role level. Equity is granted to all new hires in line with position scope. Cash incentives are also available. Decisions consider internal equity, market conditions, and business needs.
