Shape the future of digital finance through design and AI
As Lead, Product Design, you’ll guide intuitive, high-impact experiences that help users across Asia make better financial choices. You’ll lead a lean, agile team while directly influencing product direction across credit, loans, insurance, and growth initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of design strategy, technical execution, and human-centered innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end design—from framing problems to delivering production-ready interfaces and interactions.
- Integrate AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Figma AI into your workflow to accelerate ideation, generate variants, refine UX copy, and analyze research at speed.
- Build and evolve a scalable Figma-based design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and reusability across markets and platforms.
- Design for conversion across core product journeys and targeted growth surfaces, including landing pages, microsites, and campaign experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align design intent with technical feasibility and business goals.
- Use data, experimentation, and user insights to refine experiences and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and grow two product designers—elevating their craft, sharpening processes, and expanding their influence.
- Deliver thoughtful feedback and help your team navigate complex stakeholder needs while maintaining design integrity.
- Champion AI-augmented workflows, documenting best practices that raise the team’s output and efficiency.
- Partner with senior leaders in Product, Engineering, and Data to shape strategic direction grounded in user needs and technical reality.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in UX/UI or product design, with a portfolio demonstrating both product and growth-focused work.
- 2–3 years leading design efforts or small teams.
- Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and component-based workflows.
- Strong grasp of interaction design, responsive layouts, and usability principles.
- Experience using AI tools as integral parts of the design lifecycle.
- Fluency in English, with clear communication across disciplines.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript, or experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
