Newform is hiring a User Acquisition Specialist to manage paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google across multiple clients. You will own campaign execution, testing, and optimization, working directly with creative strategists and growth marketing managers to drive key performance metrics.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end media management: campaign setup, targeting, bidding, budgets, creative rotation, and optimization.
- Monitor and improve key metrics like CPI/CAC, ROAS, payback, and retention.
- Diagnose performance shifts—such as creative fatigue, audience changes, funnel changes, or attribution issues—and take action quickly.
- Maintain account hygiene through naming conventions, UTM/parameter integrity, QA checks, and documentation.
- Proactively suggest optimizations to improve clients' media program efficiency and scalability.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of paid media experience (agency and/or consumer app experience highly preferred).
- Expertise in Meta is required.
- Experience managing accounts with 7-figure annual media budgets.
- Strong presentation skills: the ability to craft compelling decks and speak effectively in client meetings is a must.
- Strong analytical skills.
Nice to Have
- A deep understanding of mobile advertising (SKAN, AEM, MMPs, etc).
