Newform is hiring an User acquistion specialist

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end media management: campaign setup, targeting, bidding, budgets, creative rotation, and optimization.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics: CPI/CAC, ROAS, payback, retention.
  • Diagnose performance shifts (creative fatigue, audience changes, funnel changes, attribution issues) and take action quickly.
  • Maintain account hygiene: naming conventions, UTM/parameter integrity, QA checks, and documentation.
  • Proactively suggest optimizations to improve clients' media program efficiency and scalability

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of paid media experience (agency AND/OR consumer app experience highly preferred).
  • Expertise in Meta required.
  • Experience managing accounts with 7-figure annual media budgets.
  • Strong presentation skills: the ability to craft compelling decks and speak effectively in client meetings is a must
  • Strong analytical skills

Nice to Have

  • A deep understanding of mobile advertising (SKAN, AEM, MMPs, etc)
