What You'll Do
Lead the execution and optimization of user acquisition campaigns tailored to France and key African markets. Manage performance across paid social, programmatic display, and search platforms—including Apple Search Ads and SEA—to scale user growth efficiently.
Continuously analyze campaign data to refine targeting, creative assets, and budget allocation. Run A/B tests, identify high-performing channels, and explore new opportunities to improve acquisition effectiveness. Monitor KPIs such as ROI, CPA, and conversion rates, turning insights into actionable improvements.
Collaborate with local marketing and business teams to align regional strategies with global objectives. Work closely with designers to develop compelling ad creatives and ensure consistent messaging. Stay informed about local regulations and evolving market dynamics to maintain compliance and relevance.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in digital user acquisition for mobile apps or web platforms
- Proven track record managing paid campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in ad platforms and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and initiate testing of new strategies and channels
- Proficiency in English required
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in sports is a strong advantage
- Prior experience with search engine advertising or SEA
- Experience overseeing external agencies
Technical Stack
You’ll work with programmatic advertising platforms, paid social networks, search engine advertising tools, Apple Search Ads, data analytics software, and A/B testing systems.
