JobHire.AI is hiring a Fractional CMO with a deep focus on growth marketing and user acquisition. This is a strategic and hands-on role for a leader who will make marketing measurable and manageable through predictive unit economics and a fast growth process. You will be expected to deliver clear results in the first 30-60 days.
What You'll Do
- Implement predictive channel-level unit economics as the basis for daily budget decisions.
- Establish end-to-end funnel metrics from creative to activation.
- Maintain weekly transparency with dashboards, test status, and next steps.
- Run a tight hypothesis → test → insight → decision loop.
- Standardize experiments with defined metrics, budgets, kill criteria, and deadlines.
- Manage the attribution stack, identify breaks, and create a plan to reach 85%+ coverage.
- Manage spend across Google, Meta, and other channels through a predictive ROI model.
- Audit and restructure the marketing team: define ownership areas, KPIs, and output-per-person.
- Rebuild the creative process to be strategic, not reactive.
- Restructure media buying around new funnels and handle attribution correctly.
- Connect marketing and product experiments end-to-end.
- Launch modern, conversion-focused lead magnets in 2026.
What We're Looking For
- A track record of scaling B2C subscription businesses with personal accountability for MRR growth.
- A strategic yet hands-on operator: comfortable in ad platforms and data, with fast iteration and strong ROI discipline.
- Technical depth: experience with events/pixels, data pipelines, attribution stacks, and integrations.
- An experimentation-first mindset: high testing velocity, a strong learning loop, and competitor awareness.
- A cross-functional mindset across marketing, product, and engineering.
