Sastrify is hiring a Tech Lead (M/F/D) to act as the primary technical counterpart to our Head of Product & Engineering. This is a high-impact, non-managerial role with 70%+ hands-on coding, designed for a seasoned engineer who loves building as much as product development. You'll report directly to the CTO and bridge the gap between product discovery and technical execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead by example by writing high-quality, production-ready code across the full stack (React/Node.js), tackling the most complex technical challenges.
- Pioneer AI-augmented development workflows for the team and architect AI features (LLMs, agents, automation) into our platform.
- Collaborate daily with the Head of Product & Engineering to translate product vision into a robust technical roadmap, acting as the voice of engineering in discovery.
- Define and evolve our full-stack architecture with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset.
- Evaluate new feature requests for technical risk and effort, providing estimates and alternative technical paths.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in IaC and CI/CD to ensure fast, reliable deployment cycles.
- Drive technical excellence through deep code reviews, pair programming, and setting standards for documentation and testing.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of professional software development, with meaningful time in a senior, staff, or founding engineer role.
- Expert-level proficiency in the TypeScript/Node.js/React ecosystem, equally comfortable with front-end and back-end.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and comfort with IaC (Terraform) and event-driven architectures.
- Actively use AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) in your daily development and have built something with LLMs beyond wrapper APIs, like RAG pipelines or agent architectures.
- Product fluency and the ability to think in terms of business goals and user outcomes.
Nice to Have
- High-growth SaaS experience is a plus, but we value builders who've shipped products from zero-to-one just as much as those who've scaled existing platforms.

You will report directly to the CTO and act as the primary technical counterpart to the Head of Product & Engineering. As we scale, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a small team of engineers who will report to you.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in the EMEA region within the GMT+/-2 time zones.
