Role Overview
This position supports a nationwide network of independent contractors who provide litigation-related services. As the primary point of contact, you'll coordinate between field professionals and internal teams, ensuring operational efficiency and strong contractor engagement. The role is fully remote and requires a detail-oriented individual comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily performance metrics and initiate outreach when delays or communication gaps arise, identifying patterns that may affect service delivery
- Respond to payment inquiries, resolve standard issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments
- Review contractor payment reports regularly, tracking new disbursements, pending balances, and digital transactions
- Support credential management by verifying registration details, driver’s licenses, and insurance documentation
- Ensure contractor profiles reflect current information and communication preferences
- Maintain an active issues log, following up consistently until resolution
- Respond to internal system notes from contractors, serving as first responder and escalating when necessary
- Handle urgent calls from contractors in the field, assessing needs and directing to appropriate solutions
- Process incoming emails related to affidavits, job updates, and payment requests
- Assist sourcing efforts by retrieving registration data and official documents from county offices
- Support recruitment and onboarding, including profile setup and system configuration
- Contribute to special projects and team-wide initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in contractor coordination, legal services, or a similar support role
- Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and take corrective action
- Commitment to building positive, professional relationships
- Attention to detail in documentation and adherence to procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM platforms
- Ability to interpret data and performance trends to guide decisions
Preferred
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional background

Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay ranges from $22.23 to $27.79, based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
